Job Description

Provide services for clients on the Bridge Team in home and in the community.
Medication monitoring at group homes and administering injections at various Cahaba Center locations.
Provide nurse on-call services, maintain accurate and timely electronic health records, and maintain professional licensure.
Other duties as needed.

Prerequisites

Requires an LPN licensed by the AL Board of Nursing and a valid AL driver's license
