Welcome to Cahaba Center for Mental Health. We are proud to serve the residents of Dallas, Perry, and Wilcox counties with compassionate, professional mental health care. Our dedicated staff work every day to ensure that individuals and families in our community have access to the support they need — wherever they are in their journey toward recovery.

Our Mission

The Mission of Cahaba Center for Mental Health is to provide quality mental health, developmental disabilities, and substance abuse services within the limits of available resources to the residents of Dallas, Perry, and Wilcox Counties.

Services are provided in a manner that respects individual dignity, promotes recovery, and enhances personal, family, and provider relationships.

Who We Serve

Our services are open to individuals ages 5 and older — from children with serious emotional disturbances to adults managing long-term mental illness. We work with families, caregivers, and community partners to build treatment plans that address each person’s unique psychological, social, and medical needs.
