Responsibilities
- Provide services for clients on the Bridge Team in home and in the community
- Medication monitoring at group homes
- Administer injections at various Cahaba Center locations
- Provide nurse on-call services
- Maintain accurate and timely electronic health records
- Maintain professional licensure
- Other duties as needed
Qualifications
- LPN licensed by the Alabama Board of Nursing required
- Valid Alabama driver’s license required
