Type: Part Time | Location: Selma, Alabama
Responsibilities
- Provide direct services to assigned clients, including individual and group work aligned with treatment plans
- Conduct home visits and identify client needs in a timely manner
- Help consumers develop coping, communication, and social skills
- Assist with problem-solving and self-help skill development
- Support the creation and monitoring of Personal Recovery Plans by sharing lived experience
- Maintain client files and complete required documentation and progress notes
- Participate in team meetings, assessments, and training workshops
- Operate Center vehicles in accordance with safety protocols
Qualifications
- High school diploma required
- Valid Alabama driver’s license required
- Lived experience as a parent of a child who has received mental health services — this experience is used to mentor and support other parents
- Willingness to use supervision and consultation as needed
