Job Description

1. Provide direct services to assigned caseload for In-Home Services.
2. Administers injectable medications and supervises oral medications for assigned caseload.
3. Maintain client’s files and related electronic records of acceptable quality in a timely manner.
4. Provide transportation to clients.
5. Other duties as assigned.

Prerequisites

Must be licensed as a Registered Nurse in Alabama and have a valid driver's license.
