Job Description

Responsible for the operation of the Group Home
Provides support services for clients in the home.
a) Conducts appropriate consultations with related professional agencies.
b) Obtains and effectively utilizes appropriate resources necessary to carry out
program plans.
c) Assists clients with obtaining community resources as needed.
d) Transports clients by van to scheduled and unscheduled activities adhering to
safety procedures, center guidelines, local and state laws and regulations.
e) As van driver, maintains accountability for whereabouts of van passengers at
all times.
f) Requests repairs of vehicle in a timely manner.
Other duties as assigned.

Prerequisites

Requires a bachelor's degree with two years of experience in Mental Health and a valid AL driver's license.
